    Denise lost over 16kg with BBR, built lean muscle, gained strength, and rebuilt her confidence. She got back to a body she truly loves while participating in the BBR Challenge Program.

    Pip lost almost 10kg of fat, gained 4.5kg of muscle, and built incredible strength. After only two months on the program, she even cancelled her physio appointments because she was completely pain-free.

    Her wins were huge — and kept stacking week after week. She went from not being able to complete a single pull-up to performing multiple sets of continuous pull-ups, and from struggling with a proper push-up to completing multiple sets of 50 seconds on her toes.
