    It's time. If you're ready to draw the line in the sand and demand better for yourself, then this is the challenge for you. The BBR team will provide the perfect platform over eight weeks for you to create a new healthy lifestyle. Our job over is to transform your physique and install new habits. Your job is to do the work.

    You will be challenged physically and mentally.

    If you apply for this program you will be expected to do all the required work outside of the gym as well. This includes daily reading, journaling and meditating as well as following your food plan to the gram.

    You will sign a series of contracts before starting this program agreeing to do the work.

    This will take you out of your comfort zone and transform you in six weeks.
