There is no denying that Ryan has found his calling. A true over-achiever and fire-in-the-belly individual that never quits. He’s a man on a mission with a big vision, so be warned, he expects your best when you show up for one of his sessions! You will also get to meet Forrest, his shadow Staffy that loves a good sled run.

BBR’s General Manager and smiling assassin trainer, Rob knows how to keep the energy high throughout every minute of your full body training sessions. Rob’s exercise and sports science university background and mobility expertise makes for a training session full of learning and sweat!

AYRTON BARRETT


Trainer

A native kiwi and passionate rugby player, Ayrton is used to muscling in to get the job done. While he’s the resident joker and guaranteed to entertain you throughout the session, Ayrton knows exactly what you’re capable of, pushing you to your limits while assisting you to reach form perfection.

An elite cricket player in a former life and a self-confessed fitness head, Mike is in his element coaching the high vibe HIIT classes. Charismatic and genuine, Mike is totally dedicated to helping you progress and a bit of a stickler for ensuring good technique at every station. You’ll thank him later.
