Our mission with this recipe book was to create meals that you can eat, enjoy and still stay on track with your fitness goals. Our mission with this recipe book was to create meals that you can eat, enjoy and still stay on track with your fitness goals. We’ve tried to make the process for each recipe as simple as we can so there’s less prep time and all the calories and macros are calculated for you.

At the end of this recipe book, there are seven different food plans with calorie and macro estimated plans starting from 1200 calories to 2700 calories so it’s suitable for males and females. If you don’t have time to prep all the meals with the recipe then we recommend following the quantities of food on the plans but leaving the recipe out. For example, this book has been really effective for our clients here at BBR by following a plan for meals 1-3 without the recipe just following the quantities of protein, carbs, and fats ( meat, potatoes, rice etc) and using herbs and spices to season their food and adding in salad or vegetables but then following the recipe for the dinner meal.
