DIRECTOR / HEAD COACH

Ryan specializes in body transformations and keeping you 100% accountable to your goals. When starting with Ryan you’ll have an initial consultation where you’ll discuss your goals and set a realistic timeline to achieve them. There are multiple ways you can work with Ryan depending on availability.

1-1 Personal Training session

This includes an hour training session, full nutrition support while training with Ryan, and weekly check-ins.

$120.00 p/session

Online Weekly Nutrition Coaching and accountability

This includes a weekly check-in via e-mail and full nutrition support, weekly check-ins. weekly plan updates.

An initial minimum 8-week commitment. Can cancel within 7 days notice after first 8 weeks

GENE BUCHANAN

BBR MANAGER & HEAD TRAINER

An extremely knowledgeable trainer who has a degree in sports science. Gene specialises in strength, stability, rehabilitation work along with youth development and positive body composition change. When starting with Gene you’ll have an initial consultation to identify your goals, build a plan and then execute it together.

1-1 Personal Training session

This includes an hour training session and full nutrition support while training with Gene.

$89.00 p/session

Minimum 4 weeks of training commitment when starting with Gene.

JUSTINE SPURR

A true athlete, Justine’s work ethic and determination are second to none. Justine is down-to-earth, extremely likable but knows exactly how to get members to optimize their performance get results. Justine specializes in strength, athletic development, youth development, and general health and wellbeing. Justine will ensure you reach any fitness, health, or strength goal you want to achieve.

1-1 Personal Training session

This includes an hour training session, weekly check-ins, and extra programming if needed for the athlete.

$79.00 p/session

Minimum of 4 weeks of training commitment when starting with Justine.

Our Programs

HIIT GYM

Our HIIT classes are for the individual who loves to be challenged, loves to sweat, and loves to use weights, cardio equipment, and bodyweight movements in their session.

The Warm Up

You will be taken through a 6-8 minute warm up that will mobilise, activate and prepare you for the workout to come.

The Demonstration

Your two coaches will demonstrate every movement of the workout and explain exactly what you should feel.

The Workout

It’s time to work. You will be working hard for 36 minutes. Depending on the structure of the day, you will either work in:

  • One 3 12-minute Block
  • Four 8-minute blocks
  • Six 6-minute blocks
The Cooldown

After 36 minutes of hard work, the music will change and your coaches will guide you through breath work and stretching to leave you feeling centered and focused for the rest of the day.

STRENGTH GYM

Our Strength classes are for the individual who wants the opportunity to focus on building muscle, gain strength, work on their technique and change their body composition.

The Warm Up

Your two coaches will demonstrate every movement of the workout and explain exactly what you should feel.

The Workout

Get ready for 32 minutes of lifting. Depending on the structure of the day you will be working in:

  • Supersets (2 exercises with rest repeated x 4 over 4 stations)
  • Giant Sets (either 4 exercises with rest repeated x 4 over two stations or 8 exercises with rest repeated over one station)
  • Compound Lifts, 4 total exercises for the session ( 1 exercise per station repeated 4 times with adequate rest)
  • Strength Progression – Every 8-week program block at BBR we add a strength progression to 1-3 exercises, these exercises and the structure of the strength progression change from program to program
The Cool Down

After your workout it’s now time to lay down your towel and relax as your coaches take you through breathwork and stretches to leave you feeling centred and ready for the day ahead.
